For choosing a saltwater aquarium it is important to consider a medium sized saltwater fish tank as it requires only 38 inches of space that is very comfortable in any house. Acrylic material aquariums make a good choice for a medium sized marine fish tank and can easily accommodate smaller marine fish. If you wish to keep predators or aggressive fish like the tiger fish then glass material tanks will be an excellent choice. If once decided for medium size glass aquariums do take care about the thickness of the glass. For a 36 inch aquarium the thickness of the glass should be at least 1/4 inch and for a 48 inch aquarium it should be at least 1/2 inch. A medium size saltwater aquarium will certainly look good in your living room as it will keep the fish happier as well as its maintenance is much easier.
